A shopping search should not need your life story.

You can use FromAZ without creating an account. When you search, FromAZ processes the words you enter so it can identify the product, budget, condition, delivery needs, and shopping priorities in the request.

If AI interpretation is enabled, the search text may be sent to the configured AI service for intent extraction. If AI is unavailable, FromAZ uses a local deterministic parser instead.

A ZIP code is optional. When supplied, FromAZ may send it to supported retailer APIs to improve delivery estimates.

FromAZ V2 keeps a valid delivery ZIP in a short-lived, first-party HTTP-only cookie for up to six hours so you do not need to re-enter it when changing ranking or retailer filters. Normal FromAZ search and comparison links do not place that ZIP in the URL. Clearing the ZIP field and submitting a new search removes the cookie.

The ZIP value is not included in FromAZ's custom GA4 shopping-search, sharing, or affiliate-click event parameters.

FromAZ sends product-search requests to connected retailer services such as Amazon or eBay. When you click a retailer link, that retailer receives the request directly and may collect information under its own privacy policy. Affiliate tracking parameters may be included so FromAZ can receive credit for qualifying purchases.

If analytics are enabled, FromAZ may measure events such as result count, selected retailer, ranking mode, displayed price, result position, affiliate-link clicks, and whether a search was shared through the native share sheet or copied as a link. The current custom V2 analytics events do not send the raw natural-language search text or ZIP value. Analytics and hosting providers may still process ordinary device, network, request, or location information according to their own services and settings.

FromAZ may temporarily cache repeated shopping searches to reduce retailer and AI calls. The optional recent-search feature stores only recent search text in the visitor's own browser and does not store the delivery ZIP there.

Hosting and infrastructure services may also keep ordinary operational, security, and request logs. FromAZ keeps information only as reasonably needed for operation, security, analytics, support, and applicable legal obligations.

FromAZ V2 does not process the product purchase or collect your payment-card details. Checkout happens on the retailer website you choose, and that retailer controls its own payment, shipping, returns, and order information.
